Getting to Killarney

Airport transfers on group shuttles can be arranged at fixed times on Monday, 8 May to Killarney and on Friday, 12 May from Killarney.

Please let the conference organizer, Advantage Event Experts, know your arrival time and flight number at registration, and they will schedule you on a suitable group transfer. Your transfer time will be confirmed by Advantage Event Experts closer to the date of the Congress.

If you have not booked your flight yet, there will be another opportunity to arrange your shuttle transportation leading up to the Congress in May.

  • To/From Dublin Airport: €30 per person each way
  • To/From Cork Airport: €25 per person each way
  • To/From Shannon Airport: €25 per person each way

Dublin Airport


By Car
The Killarney Convention Centre is approximately a four-hour drive from Dublin. One reaches Killarney by following the route along the M7 – M20 – N21 – N23 or the route along the M8 – N72. Please note that both of the above routes have toll roads.

Car Hire
Renting a car from Dublin Airport is very accessible, as there are various different companies, with some locations at both terminals. More details are available on the Dublin Airport website.

Public Transportation

Cork Airport


By Car
The Killarney Convention Centre is approximately 1.5-hour drive from Cork. One reaches Killarney by following the route along the N22 or the N20 – N72. Neither of these roads require tolls.

Public Transportation

Shannon Airport


By Car
The Killarney Convention Centre is around a two-hour drive from Shannon Airport. One reaches Killarney by following the route along the N19 – N18 – M20 – N21 – N23. Please note this route follows toll roads.

Public Transportation
