Register before 1 December and save €50 with the Super Early rate! Members of WADEM are eligible for discounted registration for the Congress.

The Congress registration fees include:
- access to all the educational sessions and poster/exhibition space;
- morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks;
- daily lunches (Tuesday-Thursday); and
- the evening networking reception (canapes and refreshments served) on 9 May.
The WADEM Congress 2023 will apply for accreditation and anticipates that CME credits will be available to delegates.
A limited number of registration waivers will be available for delegates from low-income countries and students. More information about the application process will be posted in the coming weeks. Applicants must have an accepted abstract to be eligible to apply.

*Student and resident rates are subject to verification from the delegate’s university or hospital. Students must be enrolled in a full-time program.

Visa Requirements
Please check and see if the Irish government requires you to have a visa to travel to Ireland.
Terms and Conditions
Payments are accepted by Visa/MasterCard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer, please email bank proof of payment together with the delegate name(s) to the Congress Secretariat at – wadem2023@advantagegroup.ie – once the payment has been made. From 3 April 2023, all payments must be by credit card. Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full, and received a confirmation by email.
Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodation unless you have specifically booked this as part of the registration process. Online registration closes at 12:00 noon (local time in Ireland) on Monday, 1 May 2023 after which onsite registration applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by email to – wadem2023@advantagegroup.ie.
- For cancellations before 9 January 2023, an administration charge of €25 will apply.
- 25% cancellation fee charged between 9 January 2023 and 5 February 2022
- 50% cancellation fee charged between 6 February 2023 and 5 March 2023
- 75% cancellation fee charged between 6 March 2023 and 2 April 2023
- 100% cancellation fee charged from 3 April 2023 onward
Substitution (participant name change) is possible by email but an administration charge of €25 applies. Should there be a change in fees, the difference will have to be paid if higher and will not be refunded if lower.
Covid-19 Statement
In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic and because our conference participants’ health and well-being are our highest priority, WADEM, in conjunction with Advantage, our Conference Organizer, is working closely with all venues and event partners to develop and implement health and safety measures and biosafety best practices for the WADEM Congress 2023 in Killarney. However, as the health and safety needs and concerns of each individual may differ, we strongly recommend that participants carefully evaluate their own personal circumstances prior to registering and attending in person. Your attendance at the conference is completely voluntary and, as such, your attendance is at your own risk.
Data Protection Policy
By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for WADEM, Killarney Convention Centre / INEC (Venue), and Advantage Group (the Professional Conference Organizer) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by email or by phone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the Congress and post-event associated industry.
Video and Photography Consent
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the Congress. By registering for the conference, you are giving your consent for the photographer, WADEM, Killarney Convention Centre / INEC (Venue), and Advantage Group (the Professional Conference Organizer) to take the photos and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.
