Forum Presentation: August 4th Beirut Port Explosion: Challenges of Mass Casualty Hospital Management during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Dr. Nagi Souaiby is an Emergency, Forensic Medicine, and Medical Law specialist who graduated from the Universities of Montpellier and Paris. He has the Medical Council of Canada license and received a double European Master in Public Health and Hospital and Health Management from ESA Business School of Beirut and Paris VII. He is a lecturer in forensic medicine at the USJ Faculty of Medicine and a medical law instructor at the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires in Beirut. He is also an advisor to the European Union and the World Health Organization.
Dr. Souaiby is the founder and president of New Health Concept, which provides consultancy to health institutions and professionals to implement their projects and to defend themselves in the event of liability. He is also the founder of the National School for Emergency Care and the Editor-in-Chief of the Mediterranean Journal of Emergency Care (MJEM), an indexed peer-reviewed scientific journal.
