Dr. Loui K. Alsulimani is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Emergency and Disaster Medicine at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He serves as Chairman of the Emergency Department at King Abdulaziz University Hospital and Deputy Director of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center. He has extensive experience in emergency preparedness, disaster response, and clinical simulation, leading multiple regional initiatives related to mass gatherings and crisis management.
Dr. Alsulimani has been actively involved in developing academic programs and training curricula focused on health care simulation and disaster medicine. His research interests include disaster risk reduction, simulation-based education, and operational leadership during mass gatherings such as the Hajj. He is also engaged in national and international collaborations to strengthen healthcare system resilience across the MENA region.
