Congress Dinner

As you prepare for congress plans while in Tokyo, we are pleased to invite you to a truly special evening — the Congress Dinner, held right at the conference venue. This isn’t just another dinner.

Accompanying Person Pass (Access to Exhibition Space, Networking Breaks, Lunches)

Is you partner or a family member accompanying you to Tokyo? Would they like to join you during lunch or breaks or just have a place to hang out during the day? If so, consider purchasing a Accompanying Person Pass. The pass is valid during the entire congress (3-6 May). Single day passes are not available.

Please note that the Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner, or access to the educational sessions are not included in the price. Children under the age of 12 do not need a pass. The per person cost is ¥15,000.


Post-congress Tour – Tokyo Rinkai Disaster Prevention Park & Tokyo University of Science Hospital

This tour includes visits to two locations, the Tokyo Rinkai Disaster Prevention Park – an experiential disaster prevention training facility where visitors of all ages can learn while having fun, and the Tokyo University of Science Hospital (formerly Tokyo Medical and Dental University) where Dr. Yasuhiro Otomo, the Congress Chair, was previously a professor.

The tour will leave after the Closing Ceremony on Tuesday, 6 May and is approximately four hours long. Registration for the tour closes on 8 April. The cost is ¥11,000 per person.The minimum number of participants required is 25.
