His early experiences as an EMT and wildland firefighter sparked his passion for emergency medicine and incident management. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Wyatt served as a Crew Chief for his college’s campus emergency medical service and worked with the Maine Emergency Management Agency during the COVID-19 response. Following graduation, he took a gap year working with the York County Emergency Management Agency, where he supported logistics and operations for the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mpox outbreak, environmental disasters, and tactical law enforcement missions. Wyatt wants to pursue an emergency medicine residency with hopes of completing a disaster medicine fellowship.
